We like to keep this simple. We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to species. We will replace any plant, shipping included, one time, if it dies within one year of ship date. A photo of the dead plant is required. If your plant was damaged or delayed in shipping, contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of its delivery. This applies to purchased plants only.
