    Red Chokeberry (Aronia arbutifolia) is a multi-stemmed shrub with year round interest which grows between 6-12′ tall. It grows clusters of small white flowers in spring, giving way to bright red berries in the fall, which persist into early winter. It has attractive reddish-brown exfoliating bark, further enhancing its winter display. Red Chokeberry is very adaptable when it comes to soil types. It can handle shade as well as boggy conditions. All in all, a reliable and hardy shrub which can add vibrant color and beauty to any landscape.
