Description
Mountain Mint can be found in wet meadows, swamps, and along ponds. It is an erect, multi-stemmed plant with small, white showy flowers arranged in a densely packed cluster. You may consider planting this near a vegetable garden, as it will attract a wide range of pollinators. Other benefits are that its leaves make for a nice minty tea, and it has strong resistance to deer as they tend to dislike strong fragrances.
